Following a parasite cleanse protocol is one thing. Knowing what to actually cook and eat for seven days straight is another. This is the practical part — a day-by-day meal plan with real meals, not vague instructions to "eat more garlic."

Every meal in this plan includes at least one anti-parasitic food. Every day avoids the foods that feed parasites and sabotage your progress.

The Rules

Before the meal plan, the ground rules:

Eat these every day:

  • Raw garlic (2-3 crushed cloves minimum)
  • Raw pumpkin seeds (1/4 cup)
  • Fresh ginger and/or turmeric
  • Fermented vegetables (2-4 tablespoons)
  • 25-35g of fiber from whole food sources
  • 2-3 liters of water

Avoid completely:

  • Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners
  • White flour and processed grains
  • Alcohol
  • Conventional dairy (fermented dairy like kefir is fine)
  • Raw or undercooked meat/fish
  • Processed and packaged foods
  • Fruit juice (whole fruit is fine in moderation)

Timing matters:

  • Drink lemon water first thing in the morning, 20 minutes before eating
  • Take antiparasitic herbs/supplements on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals
  • Eat papaya seeds or pumpkin seeds first thing, before breakfast
  • Save your heaviest meal for midday when digestion is strongest
  • Stop eating 3 hours before bed

Day 1: Monday — Ease In

Morning Ritual

Warm water with half a lemon. Wait 20 minutes. Then: 1 tablespoon ground papaya seeds mixed in 1 tablespoon raw honey.

Breakfast

Smoothie: 1 cup fresh pineapple, 1 inch fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, handful of spinach, water or coconut water.

Lunch

Large mixed greens salad with shredded raw carrots, red onion, pumpkin seeds (1/4 cup), sauerkraut (2 tablespoons), avocado. Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, 1 crushed raw garlic clove, sea salt.

Dinner

Baked chicken thighs with turmeric, ginger, and black pepper rub. Roasted pumpkin wedges. Steamed broccoli with a squeeze of lemon. Side of kimchi.

Evening

Clove tea (3-4 whole cloves steeped 10 minutes in hot water). 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in water.

Day 2: Tuesday — Building Momentum

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds, chewed thoroughly on an empty stomach.

Breakfast

2 eggs scrambled with turmeric and black pepper, cooked in coconut oil. Sauteed kale with garlic (add garlic at the very end — minimal cooking). Sliced avocado.

Lunch

Coconut-ginger soup: coconut milk, chicken or vegetable broth, grated ginger, turmeric, garlic, shredded carrots, and zucchini. Top with raw pumpkin seeds and fresh cilantro.

Dinner

Wild-caught salmon with garlic-lemon sauce. Roasted root vegetables (sweet potato, carrots, beets) with rosemary. Raw sauerkraut on the side.

Evening

Ginger-turmeric tea. 2 tablespoons ground papaya seeds in honey.

Day 3: Wednesday — Die-Off May Start

Day 3 is often when die-off symptoms begin if parasites are responding to the dietary shift. Increase water intake. Reduce portion sizes if nauseous. This meal plan accounts for potentially lower appetite.

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. 1 tablespoon ground papaya seeds in honey.

Breakfast

Overnight oats (gluten-free oats soaked in coconut milk overnight) with raw pumpkin seeds, fresh blueberries, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and a drizzle of raw honey.

Lunch

Bone broth with shredded chicken, garlic, ginger, carrots, and celery. Easy to digest and gut-soothing. Side of fermented vegetables.

Dinner

Turkey stir-fry with ginger, garlic (added at the very end), broccoli, bok choy, and bell peppers. Cook in coconut oil. Serve over cauliflower rice. Top with raw pumpkin seeds.

Evening

Peppermint tea (soothes nausea from die-off). Epsom salt bath if experiencing body aches.

Day 4: Thursday — Stay the Course

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds.

Breakfast

Green smoothie: spinach, fresh pineapple (core included for maximum bromelain), 1 inch ginger, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds, water.

Lunch

Quinoa bowl with roasted sweet potato, black beans, avocado, raw red onion, cilantro, and pumpkin seeds. Dressing: olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic, cumin.

Dinner

Garlic-herb roasted whole chicken (or thighs) — stuff with whole garlic cloves and fresh rosemary. Roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar. Mashed cauliflower with garlic and chives.

Evening

Clove and cinnamon tea. Apple cider vinegar in water.

Day 5: Friday — Fresh Pineapple Day

Pineapple gets extra focus today. Bromelain — the protease enzyme in fresh pineapple — breaks down parasite protein coatings. Eat it between meals on an empty stomach for maximum enzymatic activity.

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. Papaya seeds in honey.

Breakfast

Fresh pineapple bowl: generous portion of fresh pineapple chunks (include the core), topped with raw pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a drizzle of raw honey.

Mid-Morning Snack

Fresh pineapple slices (eat alone, between meals).

Lunch

Large salad: mixed greens, shredded raw carrots, cucumber, radishes, raw red onion, pumpkin seeds, sauerkraut. Garlic-lemon-olive oil dressing.

Dinner

Herb-crusted baked fish with capers and lemon. Roasted asparagus with garlic. Quinoa pilaf with turmeric, carrots, and peas.

Evening

Ginger tea. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in water.

Day 6: Saturday — Double Down on Fermented Foods

By day 6, your gut microbiome is shifting. Support it with extra fermented foods today.

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds.

Breakfast

Coconut yogurt (unsweetened) with fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon. Side of sauerkraut (yes, with breakfast — it grows on you).

Lunch

Homemade chicken bone broth soup with garlic, ginger, turmeric, leafy greens, and carrots. Side of kimchi. Sourdough bread (real fermented sourdough, if you tolerate gluten) with garlic-infused olive oil.

Dinner

Grass-fed beef and vegetable stew: slow-cooked with garlic, onions, carrots, celery, sweet potato, and fresh thyme. Generous portions. Side of fermented beet kvass or kombucha.

Evening

Chamomile and ginger tea. Papaya seeds in honey.

Day 7: Sunday — Integration and Reset

The last day of the first week. Evaluate how you feel compared to Day 1. Most people notice reduced bloating, more regular digestion, and improved energy by this point. If die-off was significant, today is typically when it starts easing.

Morning Ritual

Lemon water. Both papaya seeds in honey AND 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. Double the antiparasitic load.

Breakfast

Veggie scramble: 2-3 eggs with spinach, mushrooms, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic, cooked in coconut oil. Season with turmeric and black pepper. Fresh herbs on top.

Lunch

Loaded sweet potato: baked sweet potato topped with black beans, avocado, raw red onion, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, and a lime-garlic dressing. Side of kimchi.

Dinner

Lemon-garlic whole roasted chicken with root vegetables. Simple green salad with pumpkin seeds and fermented vegetables. Celebrate completing week one.

Evening

Clove tea. Reflect on the week — journal any changes in digestion, energy, sleep, or skin.

After Week 1: What Next

This 7-day plan is a template. Repeat it for weeks 2-4 with variations to avoid food fatigue. The core principles stay the same:

  • Antiparasitic foods at every meal
  • Zero refined sugar, white flour, and alcohol
  • Consistent hydration and fiber
  • Fermented foods daily

When to See a Doctor

A dietary approach to parasite cleansing is gentle and food-based. However, see a healthcare provider if:

  • Symptoms worsen significantly during the cleanse
  • You experience high fever, severe abdominal pain, or blood in stool
  • You see visible worms in your stool and want proper identification and treatment
  • Die-off symptoms are severe and do not improve within 7-10 days
  • You are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
